We?ve just taken a big step forward in the Nordics, by acquiring a major local company that will dramatically increase our regional presence. Your challenge will be to lay the foundations for the new company?s successful integration.
A focal point of expertise, you?ll create and implement a comprehensive, region-wide HR strategy from scratch ? steadily building organisational capability while remaining sensitive to the challenges that mergers present. Our aims are ambitious and a lot is required, but you?ll be supported every step of the way by the regional executive and London HR teams.
To succeed, you?ll need to be a talented HR generalist with a strategic and innovative approach to your work. Broad experience is essential, covering everything from employee relations, benefits and training to recruiting, compensation and policy input. Exposure to mergers and acquisitions is vital too, ideally supported by some experience within the broadcasting or entertainment industries.
