Seeking a World Class HR Manager/BP to support Hästens Swedish operations, based in Köping and bring the Hästens Way of Working with high energy, and positive Mindset. The main focus will be support on driving excellence and profit to Sales, as well as support us to grow the business 100%. Hästens is in a high-growth phase as a company, so this position will be pivotal in supporting the global teams responsible for executing the organizational growth. This is the in house expert on all Swedish labour laws and policies
This reports to the Global People and Talent Lead with a dotted line to top operations, and supply chain leaders (main internal clients).

Reviewing and maintaining best employee and labour relations practices and policies necessary to establish a positive "employer-employee" relationship and promote a high level of employee engagement.
Assisting in the development of labour plans that are competitive and cost-effective for the company and that address work rules and operational constraints.
Managing grievance, arbitration and labour negotiations for union and work agreement locations.
Maintaining legal requirements and governmental reporting regulations related to Operations employees.
Protecting interests of employees and the company in accordance with HR policies and governmental laws and regulations.
Supporting operations leaders to deliver on company goals and drive culture.
Reviewing and implementing policies that drive positive employee experience.
Ensuring legal compliance, collective bargaining agreements and bargaining processes. Being primary contact concerning employee relation matters and occupational health care processes.
Ensuring all safety protocols and regulations are adhered to. Review of safety and recommendations for improvement.
Reviewing employee attendance and absenteeism and analyzing causes and made recommendations for improvement.
Coaching managers in HR-related matters as well as to ensuring support to Executive Management Team regarding leadership development.
Ensuring HR compliance, safeguard employee relations, maintain frameworks and company policies aligned to the Work Environment legislation in Sweden.
Maintaining HR handbook and policies, ensuring these are up to date and aligned with local standards.
May be required for sourcing/ interviewing for all positions at this location.

Experience and Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and 3+ -5 years of experience hands-on experience in an operational HR role including experience as a HR Business Partner in a manufacturing facility and team management.
Expertise with Swedish Labor law, HR Administration processes, policies and procedures and Union relations and negotiations.
A deep understanding of working with HR related questions within preferably a manufacturing context.
Demonstrated strong communication skills and ability to work in a self-directed, results-oriented at a fast pace, prioritize tasks, organize large volume of work, perform independently; and undertake multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Driven by getting the best results and focusing on finding solutions.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
Ability to confidently, prioritize and manage several ongoing processes at any given time.
Capable of working with a wide range of people and cultural backgrounds. Enjoy working with people.
Excellent communications skills in English and Swedish, written and spoken.
You are computer literate (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, e.g.) and in Apple-based applications, particularly Keynote.
