Job Overview
Personnel manager oversees the clerical and administrative duties within an organization and is responsible for overseeing the human resources of an organization. Manager works with employees and job candidates to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and given opportunities to succeed. The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Nurture a positive working environment
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Required Skills/Abilities
Fluent in English/Ukrainian/Russian.
Swedish a Plus (other languages is an advantage).
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent PC skills and experience including Microsoft Word, Excel and various software packages.
Must be able to effectively build and manage a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Education and Experience
At least three years experience working on global or international teams.
Master's degree in Law/Labor relations/Business administration
