We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist with around 5 years experience from working with HR. The HR team in Sweden consists of 6 people and the person we are looking for now is someone who likes to support the organization with a broad range of HR questions in a Shared Services role.
One of the major tasks in the position is staffing. You will be responsible for the process of finding and recruiting new employees. This includes introduction of new employees, support to Managers and also long term staffing activities. As we have employees with many different nationalities there will also be a part where you need to interact with different governmental departments. We are currently implementing a new recruitment tool where you will be the local owner where you will be responsible for answering questions and educating managers on how to use the system. There are also a few global processes where we need to support the global HR organization in the activities which ranges from conducting training sessions to local paper work. The position also includes administrative work to keep files updated and all admin around introduction days and other activities. We think it is important that you have worked with all sorts of HR related questions and that you like to interact with people and solve problems that arise. The right person for the position likes to improve processes and policies and like the challenge of building a Shared Service Function.
