The EMEA HR Director will be responsible for understanding the global strategic HR initiatives and implementing them across EMEA in order to ensure consistency in practice and to transform the business to a global services business. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for all the HR activities concerning the EMEA operations; s/he will be a strategic business partner to a multi-cultural and complex work force.
The HR Director will participate in the definition of the EMEA HR strategy and the objectives of the Company and translate them into specific tasks for the EMEA human resource team; in particular he/she will be accountable for implementing a comprehensive change in compensation. Provide leadership for the Human Resource (HR) function for all the local operations. Develop and maintain a positive employee relations atmosphere throughout, supporting all business functions. Provide support in areas of strategic planning, compensation, training/leadership development, succession planning, and human resources planning
Implement cultural transformation of the organization from employees to entrepreneurs
• Provide leadership for acquisition, selection and induction processes
• Local HR Team management
• Conduct individual performance assessment and bonus/salary reviews
• Provide mentoring to individuals Create and nurture an employee culture that: motivates, engages and encourages employees to be their best and deliver their best and attracts top talent
• Be an active member of the global Human Resources team and participate in related project activities. Interpret existing policies and develop new company and facility policies as needed, and follow-up to ensure consistent application.
Desired Skills & Experience
• Fluent in English and at least one more European language: written and oral
• Specific skills:
o Consulting or Service Company Experience mandatory
o Availability to travel
o In his/her experience the ideal candidate should have directly worked in all the HR areas: Compensation, Organization and Personnel Dimensioning, Development and Training, Career Planning, Labor Law and Industrial Relations, Recruiting and Selection, Rewards, Personnel Budgeting and Reporting.
o Experience: 10/15 years' experience, matured in a Multinational Matrix Organization (>500 employees) characterized as a consulting or service organization
o Worked within organizations which have successfully undergone cultural and organizational change and development. S/he will have established a HR function which operates as a strategic business partner, having a discernible impact on the successful development of the business
o Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Labor Relations, Management or Business preferred
