The HR Business Partner provides day to day operational HR advice and support to managers and employees within the business/operating unit. The individual will be a generalist HR professional, responsible for covering general HR activities managed and driven by the Human Resources function. The responsibilities include close cooperation with line management, coordination of related activities on an annual and needs basis. The HR BP will contribute, and sometimes lead, on HR projects within their area of responsibility.
Main Job Responsibilities:
• Use generalist and specialist knowledge to contribute to the development and drive of key company HR programmes and policies that impact across the business unit and sometimes across the whole Fujitsu Sweden organization (for example; recruitment, assessment and development processes, salary review and planning, performance management etc.)
• Will be responsible for a successful deployment of HR strategy, processes, systems, tools etc. within the assigned area of responsibility. Follows up on delivery.
• Support and lead management through consultation and negotiation/resolutions on (sometimes) complex HR issues, ensuring compliance with Swedish law and Collective agreement.
• Welcome, adapt and drive continual improvement and change
• Seeks information and is aware of important financials. Takes timely, appropriate action to support the Company in meeting financial targets.
• Will together with business lead conduct competence inventory and analyse development needs for the unit.
• Leads and deliver key HR projects and ensure HR best practices and Quality standards are implemented. Will be assigned with a speciality HR area of expertise and coordinate for the HR team.
• Coaching of managers and employees
• Network across the HR Community and business management to build a partner relationship sharing consistency in approach, best practice, performance measures and opportunities.
• Ensure a frequent update on laws and legislation within the HR area.
Education, skills and experience required:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or equivalent. Minimum 6 years of experience within Human Resources.
Is seen as highly skilled for guidance and advice within the HR area in general. Documented knowledge and experience in labour law and industrial relations area. Results oriented and structured. Negotiation skills, ability to lead by example, strong communication skills, highly customer focused, strong consulting skills; relationship building and influencing. Is experienced in the area of recruitment (use of selection methods), assessment, performance management, health and safety. Is seen as flexible and demonstrates high integrity.
Has deep insight into change management, uses this and knowledge of the industry to ensure change is effective.
Understand the commercial implications of different decisions, take calculated business risks and have focus on costs, revenue and profit.
Project lead skills together with experience from the IT-industry is preferable and IT-outsourcing is desirable.
You also have to be fluent in Swedish and English.
