hela Sverige We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner responsible for our Technologies and Software departments within Axis Research & Development.

We are an HR team that works closely together with the business as well as our HR colleagues internally with a dedication to make a difference. The HR-department in Lund consists of over 40 dedicated colleagues with various competences. Together we make a winning team!

What will you do?
You will be responsible for the day-to-day support to managers in HR-related areas to meet both internal and external demands, according to labour legislation, policies and processes. Areas to be considered are: staffing, working conditions, working environment, salary review, union relations etc. Conducting business on behalf of Axis should always be done in an ethical manner according to our Core Values.
Furthermore, you will together with the leaders contribute to a positive and open working environment that supports Axis Core Values and provide the tools and framework that encourage open and effective communication across the whole organisation. Your role will be to challenge, coach and mentor respective business leaders on business and people issues to ensure that they meet their goals and strategies. Through your role, you make it easier for the organization and enable Axis continued success. You will act as a change agent.
Who are you?
We are looking for an outgoing and organized person with a strong will to succeed. We believe you are a true team player, service minded and friendly. You are able to build relationships at all levels and have the ability to influence across key stakeholders. We believe you have a strategic way of thinking, as well as the ability to drive operational excellence. You enjoy when you encourage change and are not afraid to influence others to do the same.
In addition to above we believe that you have:
* 5+ years' experience from HR management
* University degree in Human Resources Management or related field
* Hands on experience from all areas of HR work; recruitment, competence development and exits as well as from establishing and maintaining a formal HR structure
* Excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish and English.
