Job description
Right now MRS in Örebro is looking for a Human Resources Professional. The positon is new and is a shared resource between Mining and Rock Excavation Service (MRS) Distribution Center and Hub in Örebro. The position reports to HR Manager Distribution Center and dotted line to HR Manager Hub.
In this role you are working closely together with the business and its managers- leveraging and facilitating their strategies. You build confidence in HR as strategic partners, ensure efficiency in the delivery of our basic people management processes/administration and also make sure we have access to available expertise for common policies and frameworks. We are here to guide and support our managers to make sure we are sucessful.
You should have a local and operational approach and be visible/ approachable in the daily working life of our employees.
Your main tasks are
• Local follow up of MRS leadership year
• Responsibility for the summer recruitment and introduction for MRS in Örebro
• Recruitments
• Introduction
• Rehab and employee health
• Employer branding: student relations and student fairs
• HR Administration including Known dispatcher certification: you are the trainer and administrative responsible for this certification.
• Coordinate trainings and teambuilding together with internal (eg. Academy) and external stakeholders.
• Local communication including local employer branding

Experience and personality requirements
You take pride in the HR delivery and see a clear connection to our business results. You have a few years of experience from HR roles. You are curious and want to drive continues improvement. You have a positive attitude and focuses on the opportunities at hand. You are motivated by interacting with people and enjoy providing advice and coaching. It is critical to have a positive, serviceminded attitude with a strong drive for results and advanced structural/ administrative skills. You are very quality focused.
