THIS IS US, YOUR NEW COLLEAGUESThe Human Behaviour & Perception group is a multi-disciplinary team within the Human Factors area. We are responsible for providing human factors input to system design, development, testing and validation of our products, including hazard identification and safety analysis activities. You will be working with end-user needs and defining human factors requirements, building low and high fidelity prototypes (desktop, mockups in VR, driving simulators, real trucks etc.), setting up and analyzing data from studies with in-house experts as well as with customers, truck drivers and operators. WHO ARE YOU?We are looking for you with documented working experience in the field of Human Factors preferably within the automotive industry, but experiences from other industries are also of interest. We believe that you have an innovative mindset and want to be part of the ongoing transformation of the automotive business. To succeed in this position you are good at building relations and collaborate with colleagues as well as being self-driven. You also possess the following skills:M.Sc. In Cognitive Science/Interaction design or similarProfound knowledge in user need driven development and interaction design based on human factors principlesTechnical understanding of our products and preferably product development experienceProficient in design applications such as Adobe Creative SuiteKnowledge in programming mobile or desktop prototypes in tools such as QTCompute various metrics derived from different data sources in Matlab or equivalent programsConfident working in an agile teamFluent in English, written and spokenARE WE THE PERFECT MATCH?You will be a part of the biggest technology shift in the transport industry in decades.
