We are looking for someone who wants to be involved in driving our work environment management to create a safe and efficient production for our data centers. The tasks vary in the different phases of the project and take place on both a strategic and operational level. You will be the PMO's representative on site in various areas of establishment.
As a Health Safety and Environment (HSE) in production, you will have operational responsibility for issues relating to the work environment on our projects. Your tasks will include establishing routines, establishing methods, coordinating, informing and taking corrective measures to minimize work environment risks. It is also part of the position to be responsible for reporting and performance review to the production's work environment manager.
Examples of tasks:
• Observe the working conditions in the business to ensure that the work environment is safe and meets laws, regulations and the customer's requirements for safety.
• Take action when there are unsafe working conditions: immediate action where possible or cordon off the area until action is in place or stop work if necessary and contact supervisors.
• Recognize unsafe behaviors and take immediate action before an incident or accident occurs.
• Report actions taken on risk observations
• Assist in the purchase of materials and equipment that improve the working environment and safety.
• Support the work with order by developing measures, materials and aids to make it easier for staff to keep order.
• It is desirable to be able to take on the role of contact person in matters relating to the psychosocial work environment.
You will report to the responsible project manager.
We are looking for someone who
Have a relevant education or experience that we consider equivalent. We believe that you have experience of similar work in the construction sector in infrastructure projects, data centers, industry or workshops, perhaps as a consultant, work environment engineer, production technician or you have practical experience, which we value equally.
• Are used to working in different IT systems
• Proficient in both Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Hold a category B driver's license
It is desirable that you have knowledge of systematic work environment and work environment legislation and are communicative. If you have experience of HSE, work as a safety representative, it is an advantage.
Above all, you are a solution-oriented and practical person who is passionate about the issues and who wants to contribute with your knowledge and your commitment in real everyday life. Your way of working is characterized by structure and accuracy, an observer with the ability to convey what is important at our establishments with authority and good communication.
