This newly created role will be responsible to drive HR projects across EMEA and also support operations in Sweden. Within EMEA the HR Manager will be project leader for a number of prioritized projects which can range from leadership development to succession planning to implement new remuneration schemes. Within Sweden the HR Manager will work primarily with the approximately 70 employees at our head office but also support the Scandinavian sales force of around 95 employees and the Swedish factory of around 100 employees, as needed. The role is based in Solna, Sweden and will require occasional travel within Europe.
Main responsibilities
• drive HR projects in EMEA, mainly within Operations and Sales based on a business need basis
• support global HR processes such as Performance and Talent Management
• deliver and improve the basic HR services at the head office
• support the Scandinavian sales team and Tidaholm factory as needed
Who are you?
As a person, you are an energetic and forward-thinking HR leader who focuses on results, values partnership and teamwork but is able to work independently and take own initiatives. You are responsive and flexible but also with an understanding of which actions that delivers true business results. You have strong influencing skills and have the ability to get the job done.
The right candidate enjoys the variety of HR tasks at hand and can work both at an operational and strategic level.
To succeed in the role, you have a relevant academic degree within HR/Business and at least 5 years? experience of working in core HR functions e.g. business partnering, compensation & benefits, training & development, recruitment. Preferably you have experience from an international product based organization. You are fluent in Swedish and English.
