As our Human Resource Development manager, you work together with our managers to find and recruit the best people to join Nordic Morning companies. You are an ambassador for our Group employer brands and are constantly on the lookout for innovative ways to promote them. Continuous internal communication is a natural part of your commitment to employee engagement. Within a couple of months, you will have learned the basics of our diverse businesses in order to help our managers guide their employees and teams towards our strategic goals. You know various learning methods and eagerly design development plans and programs for individuals and teams. You love to organize learning opportunities and might want to conduct or assist workshops yourself too. At Nordic Morning, we embrace change as an integral part of our industry and our Group. Your experience as a recruiter and your profound interest in understanding people make you a skilled assessor of potential employees. You know where to find them and how to catch the eye of the best talents. Your social skills are backed by your high emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills. In-depth knowledge of how people develop at work is based on your HRD work experience from an international environment and your university education. Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: broad experience in recruitment, possibly in headhunting ? skills in using social media to find and approach potential talents ? experience of and innovative ideas for systematic employer brand development ? personally designed numerous competence development programs ? enthusiasm for change, development and overcoming any challenges ? the ability and passion for communicating fluently in both Swedish and English.
