About the role
As a junior HR Business Partner with our global customer, a global market leader providing towage and sustainable marine solutions, you will take great responsibility for the HR department in Sweden. The rest of your HR-team is situated in Copenhagen. Your main area of responsibility will be to support managers in annual processes, objects in place for the employees, supporting the leaders doing their HR-tasks including Swedish labour law and MBL negotiations, coaching the managers HR processes and tools.

Key activities and responsibilities in the position
• Support the leaders with the year-end process (performance reviews of their teams, objective setting in January/February)
• Support leaders with engagement survey follow up if needed
• Review Swedish contracts for Operations team and liaise with Operations manager and Cluster Managing Director about potential salary adjustments, but in any case ensuring firm set-up around shifted working hours (the set-up is in place, we need the formal documentation to reflect)
• Support Cluster Managing Director on HR matters where needed (short term)
• Support with ad-hoc HR support, contracts, addendums, leader questions etc.
• Work together with HR and Office Administrator and Finance Manager Sweden to close payroll for Sweden onshore staff
• The HR person is expected to work with leaders primarily, and only handle employee cases where necessary and where it is not appropriate for the leader to be involved.
• Participation in global / regional projects, for example supporting change management, testing of new HR system and developing and/or testing training materials

This is a consultancy assignment of four months.

About you
We are looking for you who have a university education in the relevant field and a solid background within a broad HR role. We are looking for a person who has previously worked with labour law and MLB negotiations. In order to take on an HRBP role with Svitzer, you need to have a broad and comprehensive understanding of HR processes.

We are looking for you who have the ability to prioritize and make decisions in accordance with the organization 's guidelines and that you can do so in a transparent and customer-oriented way. It is also important that you have an ability to create good relationships both internally and externally and that you are communicative and energetic. Furthermore, you should possess a good analytical ability and be able to assess situations independently and take action appropriately. As a person, we believe that you are structured, have a positive energy as well as high personal integrity. You are responsive, have a strong customer focus and a good and creative problem-solving ability. Finally, you need to master both Swedish and English fluently.
We will attach great importance to personal suitability.

Key Competencies & skills
• You have an education in HR or equivalent where labour law is included
• You have experience of working with labour law issues
• You have one to two years experience of HR-practices
• You are fluent in Swedish and English both in speech and in writing
• Meritorious if you have experience of working with trade union issues
