hela Sverige At Jefferson Wells are now together with our client within the automotive industry searching for a HR Business Partner to fill a temporary position due to parental leave. In this assignment you will work mainly as a rehabilitation specialist and act as a professional support to managers in how to drive the rehab processes.
About the job:
You will mainly work with rehabilitation:
* Professional support to our managers; how to drive the rehab process
* Operational support in complex cases
* Secure that we have a structured way of working regarding rehab
* Cooperation with our OHS (Företagshälsovård)
* Trainings for managers
* Statistics of rehabilitation cases
Other tasks:
* Alcohol and drug issues
* Ergonomics (office and in cooperation with OHS)
* Wellness & Health promotion
* Sick leave statistics and some administrative tasks
In the position you report to Vice President People & Culture and you will belong to the Health & Wellbeing Team which is a part of the People & Culture function (HR).
This is a temporary position due to parental leave 2022-09-01 - 2023-10-10.
Who are we looking for:
For the job we see that you have good social skills - interest for cooperating with safety representatives, managers and employees. You have the ability to keep track of administrative tasks and ability to get things done. Furthermore, you like to make things easy for managers to understand - in line with simplicity and a structured work.
Qualifications:
* Batchelor degree in Human Resources or equivalent (personalvetarprogrammet)
* You have at least 1-2 years of professional work with rehab cases, preferable white collar
