Bose has the Scandinavian head office in Mölndal with a team of 15 employees and total of 80 employees i Scandinavia.

The role

The HR-Specialist for Scandinavia will be responsible for efficient, strong and reliable transactional HR processes for the region. He/she will collaborate with the Global HR organisation to align and implement Global HR processes. The HR-Specialist will manage the employee and unions relations, support the local line managers in HR processes and will be responsible for the compliance of local employment conditions in the Scandinavia.

The role will be a part time of approx. 75-80% and you have the possibility to work from home 1 day per week from time to time.

The HR Specialist will be reporting to Regional HR Manager (DACH/Poland, Scandinavia and Italy)

The role's key accountabilities will primarily involve:

• Ensure efficient, strong and compliant transactional HR processes in Scandinavia
• Responsible for organising a good administration of the local payroll, time registration, contracting and compliance. Supervise a correct personnel administration of all employees
• Monitor and support the effectiveness of the procedures in the personnel administration
• Serve as functional resource for line managers and employees, ensuring they understand and comply with HR policies, benefits, and regulations.
• Coordinate and manage local HR processes in collaboration with the European/ global HR organisation
• Closely collaborate with the HRBP's and the other HR colleagues to implement aligned global processes: performance management, induction, recruitment/assessment and training
• Responsible for implementation of HR processes (recruitment, contracting, induction, training, performance management) in compliance with group and local standards
• Manage the employee and unions relations
• Responsible for the development, implementation and follow-up of the collective agreements
• Organise and support the negotiations and contacts with the local employees works council and labour unions
• Responsible for internal communication
• Organize translation and distribution of group communications
• Maintain internal communication of local concerns

Essentially for this role the candidate will have:

• Minimum of 5 year Experience in an HRBP role for Sweden, preferable for Scandinavia, and experience in an international environment
• Strong knowledge of all HR aspects, including knowledge of local labour legislation
• Good understanding of the business, and how HR can support the business objectives
• Very good knowledge of Business English (speaking and writing)
• Ability to communicate, influence and motivate at all levels
• Used to work cross-functional, experience to work remote
• Driven to reach overall objectives and eager to work with excellent attention to detail
