Are you looking for new challenges in the field of Human Resources? We are currently seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team, Metso HR Services (HRS). Metso HRS provides harmonized non-business specific HR services to all Metso employees and units globally in areas such as employee administration and reporting, resourcing, compensation & benefits and learning & development.
In this stimulating role, you will be joining the Employee Administration and Reporting Team. You will be responsible for HR SAP Personnel Administration (PA) and Organization Management (OM) maintenance and you will also produce HR reporting material for business needs and assist with HR Portal training.
Requirements:
To be successful in this position, we expect you to have a minimum of 4 years' experience in HR employee administration and SAP HR System and a strong interest in continuing to develop your skills in this area. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, as you will be providing high quality advice across Metso businesses, as well as training and supporting new HR Portal users. You will have very good skills in English and Swedish, written and verbal.
