As we continue to expand our global reach, we are now seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
As an HR Specialist at Aresa International AB, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's future by developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with our mission, vision, and strategic goals. Your role will encompass a wide range of HR functions, including:
Recruitment and talent acquisition
Workforce planning and forecasting
Employee analysis and development
Career path design
Relationship management within our organization
Performance management
Compliance with labor laws and health and safety guidelines
Key Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you must possess:
A strong understanding of human resources principles and practices
2-4 years of experience in HR-related functions in the exhibition industry
Academic education in related field.
Persian (Farsi) and English language for effective communication
Knowledge of the exhibition industry is an strong advantage
Exceptional communication skills for fostering positive interactions with employees and stakeholders
Preferred Academic Training Courses:
While not mandatory, candidates with the following academic training courses or certifications are highly encouraged to apply.
Master's degree in related field .
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR,CHRM) is a strong plus.
Additional coursework in labor law, organizational psychology, or workforce planning is advantageous.
Other Essential Criteria:
You should also have:
Proven track record of HR experience and efficient HR task management
The ability to modify and revise the organizational structure in line with company strategies
Knowledge of additional languages would be a valuable asset
Familiarity with HR management tools and software
Experience in designing HR information systems and implementing programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, etc.
The ability to forecast required staff for current and future projects based on statistical data analysis and benchmarking
Experience in designing job interviews, conducting interviews, and recruiting permanent and temporary staff
Strong decision-making skills regarding employee cooperation and legal procedures
Ability to assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of training courses
Experience in employee performance management and reward system design
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to apply psychological methods to foster a positive work environment, resolve conflicts, and enhance employee engagement
Expertise in safety and health guidelines and employee well-being programs
Familiarity with at least one Project Management or Control software for managing human factors of projects and related tasks
