hela Sverige As HR -Manager at Yara Marine, you will have a broad and significant role in the organization. Your task will be to run the company's HR processes and tools such as performance culture, career and staff planning, as well as performance appraisals. You will contribute to the company's personal strategy by supporting managers to identify, prioritize and build the organization's capacity, behavior, structures and processes.
Your main tasks will be:
• Implement recruitment processes
• Write contracts, letters and employment documents
• Negotiate and manage union relations
• Manage reorganizations and possible redundancies in cooperation with the COO
• Drive change activities in the organization
• Advisory in the management 's work to identify key competencies and skills development the staff
• Support managers in salary wage and pay audits
• Responsible for workplace environment and rehabilitation issues, as well as pensions and insurance
• Update HR system with reporting, statistics and payroll management

We are looking for someone with a university degree in HR or equivalent with at least five years of work experience. You are used to work independently with several ongoing responsibilities and have a consultative and business approach. You have good knowledge of labor law and the experience of dealing with union relations.
As a person, you create trust in the organization through communication and visibility. You are social, and support and motivate your employees, you also have a good ability to handle conflicts. Your communicative ability, written and oral, is very good and you master English at a professional level.
