The SaaS-company Avinode Group has a suite of global digital B2B services for business aviation and is now looking to grow the company in 2023. A key part in order to succeed will be strengthening their organization with a Senior HR-generalist, EMEA. You will be providing support to the management team on HR-related issues as well as helping the company recruit the right profile for each individual team need.
Considering the focus on expansion, you will be working closely with each respective manager to understand business needs and support with recruitments. This will also give you a great understanding of processes and company culture which in turn will help in your work with employer branding, onboarding and development.
You will be part of the global Finance & HR team where you, together with the HRBP in the US, will be Avinode Group's subject matter experts in the HR field. Since Avinode has an entrepreneurial culture and work cross-functional, you will have broad responsibility and be involved in many different projects and initiatives on an ongoing basis.
In summary you will:
Recruit and support management for open positions in Avinode Group EMEA
Establish and maintant a common framework for talent acquisition in Avinode Group and partner with internal and external talent partners
Partner with the marketing team on Employer Branding improvements
Work on process improvements in any of the following areas: Benefits, training, development, payroll, compliance, employee relations
Provide ongoing manager support in all HR related issues
Ideal candidate:
5+ years of progressive HR experience, along with a B.Sc degree in Human Resources or related field
Excellent relationship building skills
Great knowledge in full lifecycle recruiting components
Strong communication skills with effortless communication in Swedish as well as English
To thrive in this role you need to have an entrepreneurial mindset and interest in tech. You're great at building relationships and have the skill to understand business needs and how to tackle a variety of HR challenges.
