Following Valmets new operation model that recently launched, we are looking for a driven and engaged HR Generalist who embraces change and sees the opportunities it brings. In this role, you will have a central function within People Operations North Europe team, supporting both the Swedish organization as well as our wider international organization.
As an HR Generalist, you will work closely with managers and other stakeholders, providing qualified support in a broad range of HR matters. These include the full employee lifecycle, such as employee relations, labor law, union negotiations, recruitment, internal trainings, change management and participation in development projects. You will act as a reliable first point of contact in hands-on HR topics, contributing to a positive and compliant workplace culture to deliver on business objectives and strategy.
You will be part of a dedicated and collaborative HR network across Northern Europe, where knowledge sharing and teamwork help ensure consistent, high-quality support to the business.

In addition, we believe you bring the following skills and experience:
University degree in P&C or related fields and minimum of 3 years qualified P&C experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
Knowledge and understanding of Swedish labor law.
Experience in trade union negotiations.
Experience working with both white- and blue-collar workers.
Solid business acumen from a P&C perspective, with hands-on experience across the full range of the employee lifecycle.
Well-organized and skilled at building trust-based relationships and navigating networks effectively.
High level of engagement and drive, combined with a professional approach.
Proactive and solution-focused, with a strong sense of integrity.
Proven ability in coaching and facilitating groups and individuals.
Experience of HR systems, preferably Workday, and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
On top of that, you're comfortable navigating change and adapting quickly to new circumstances. While the ability to work independently is essential, collaboration is a key success factor within the People Operations team. We support one another to achieve the best possible outcomes together!
