The customer collaborates with various functions within the People & Culture department. As an HR generalist within the HR Service Center, you will provide professional HR support to managers and employees. You will handle HR-related questions from employees, managers, and local HR. Your role will be crucial in shaping the customer's future approach to HR support. As an HR generalist, you should have a strong understanding of HR processes and possess excellent customer service skills. It is important that customers find it easy to contact the HR Service Center and receive fast and high-quality information-
Your responsibilities will also include:
• Providing advice and support on HR matters, such as employee employment, salary issues, processes and procedures
• Interpretation of agreements, regulations, policies, and HR systems support
• Contribute to the development of new processes and standards as we modernize and digitize HR support within the company
Personlity traits:
• A positive and committed attitude, along with a team player mentality
• A natural inclination towards providing exceptional service, be responsive to customer needs
• Ability to handle stress in a constructive manner
• Effective prioritization and adaptability based on customer needs are also important qualities
Requirements:
• Recently graduated with major in HR or work experience of 2 years within HR
• Experience within a service organization or in a service-oriented role
• Fluent in Swedish and english, both written and spoken
