Are you looking for new challenges in the field of Human Resources? We are currently seeking a talented HR professional to join our team, Metso HR Services (HRS). Metso HRS provides harmonized non-business specific HR services to all Metso employees and units globally in areas such as employee administration and reporting, resourcing, compensation & benefits and learning & development.
As an HR Assistant you will become a key member of the Employee Administration and Reporting Team. Your work will largely focus on data management services related issues and you will have an important role in HR data maintenance, HR SAP Personnel Administration (PA) and Organization Management (OM). You will be responsible for HR employee administration tasks like starting and ending employments, as well as administrating absences and other time reporting issues.
Requirements:
To be successful in this position, we expect you to have a few years of experience in HR administration and SAP HR, as well as the ability and demonstrated success in multi-tasking in a busy, customer-oriented environment. It is essential that you have highly polished communication skills in English and Swedish and a commitment to provide first rate service to our customers. We also value your ability to network and share knowledge and information with other professionals within the company.
