Are you social, positive and interested in HR matters? MultiMind is looking for an HR-assistant for a full-time position with one of our clients within the retail/beauty sector. This is 6 month project starting asap.
Company: The company is located in modern offices Stockholm, Värtahamnen. The company is a global leader in the field of beauty and personal care. Today, the company employs around 20,000 employees worldwide. Since autumn of 2016 they started operations in the Nordic region with about 200 employees, of which 100 people are in Sweden.
The position In this role you will be supporting the HR manager with varying administrative tasks. Example of tasks:
Answering HR-related questions
supporting payroll with data and system entries
scanning and managing contracts
supporting the completion of our employee manuals
drawing up contracts
registering and following up sick leaves
supporting on boarding and off boarding etc.
Engelska är ett krav och office paketet likaså. Denna person måste vara flexibel och positiv och ha möjlighet att strukturera sitt eget arbete så att deadlines hålls. Vi behöver egentligen inte ha en utbildad HR person, men det får gärna vara en person med intresse av HR och som har förmågan att förstå hur man hanterar känslig personal information. Detta kan vara ett bra jobb för en nyexad som vill få erfarenhet från en kul bransch men som samtidigt inte är prestigefull.
Your profile In this role we are looking a person who is independent, service minded and detail oriented. You will be handling sensitive information, so it's important that you are meticulous in your work. We also see that you have the following qualifications:
Flexible and willing to help with what is needed
Fluent in English. Swedish is a plus.
Interest in HR
Academic degree in HR, Management or similar
