Job description
The HR department at Epidemic Sound is reasonably new, which means that the opportunities are countless. You will therefore be able to think outside the box and create excellent value for our employees with your creativity. You will lead and be responsible for different kinds of HR related projects. As our new HR Generalist, you will support the Human Resource department in all areas, including employer branding, recruitment, onboarding new hires, performance management, training, and development, as well as compensation. Your job will also include support to other HR related projects as needed. You will be part of a tight HR team of three people, with the intention of expanding further. We believe in trust and responsibility; you will therefore work independently with a lot of flexibility to suit your work-life balance. We offer you a fantastic team and a great office space, and most importantly an attractive employer that people want to work with. You will be based at HQ in Stockholm and report to Head of HR.
This is a full-time position that we would like to fill as soon as possible.
To succeed in the role of HR Generalist we see that you have an HR degree or equivalent and experience working with parts the human resource profession for a few years. It is beneficial if you have experience from a wide variety of HR areas. We want you to have a passion for HR and are eager to continue to grow in your profession with us. You have the ability to create, contribute and finish projects independently with various stakeholders. It's essential for you to be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. You flourish in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and find the perfect balance between good-enough and perfection. Since we have offices all around the globe, your English and Swedish have to be excellent (both writing and verbal communication). It will also be music to our ears if you have previous experience with Officevibe or a similar employer engagement system.
