hela Sverige We are searching for an HR Trainee to coordinate and carry out the Employee handbook review, update and rebuilt for the Swedish entity in Swedish together with HR Manager. As a result, the business will have refreshed, updated and helpful Employee handbook for the employees and managers.
This is a great opportunity for someone who already has some experience in employee policies and instructions, and is eager to learn more. E.g. this would be a great opportunity for someone who is studying HR and wants to get valuable practical experience in HR.
Key Responsibilities
Review of current Employee Handbook
Updating policies, guidelines and instructions per Swedish employment law and CBA requirements
Drafting new and updated policies, guidelines, and instructions in Swedish
Managing new Employee Handbook tool (Sharepoint)
Background and Skills
Essential:
Some experience in working with HR policies and guidelines
Fluent in Swedish and English
Desireable
Experience in Swedish employment law and CBA
Experience in using Sharepoint efficiently
