St1's vision is to be the leading producer and seller of CO2-aware energy. To live true our vision and to strengthen our Group HR team we are now searching for a HR Tech Lead.
As a HR Tech Lead you will take ownership of the digitalization roadmap for HR, including both long-term and operational planning. You will be running and developing Sympa as the core HCM together with the HR Leadership team and the Country HR teams.
Your responsibilities will also include
Designing unified and scalable HR tech solutions anchored in the Country HR support model
Look for opportunities to automate and simplify HR processes through technology solutions
Design and implement a holistic talent management and performance management technology support either through existing solutions or by sourcing and implementing a proven solution from the market
Development of day-to-day HR reporting more advanced People Analytics practices solutions, starting with the most basic and important people metrics
Change management training related to all HR tech initiatives and deployments
HR Tech Lead we are looking for has
a suitable educational background
work experience in likewise position
excellent understanding of different HR Systems and procedures in general
self-driven and able to independently identify and solve issues
strong project and change management skills
great interaction skills; you will work closely with relevant external stakeholders such as IT Department and Executives
willingness to travel
fluency in English and any other Nordic language
