hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2023-05-09ArbetsuppgifterOur customer is looking for a talent specialist, that will help recruit and hire talented candidates for the team in Västerås, Sweden. In this assignment you will form part of the regional Talent team, collaborating closely with stakeholders from HR community and diverse companies. You will also report to the Talent Acquisition Lead in North Europe. This assignment offers a membership in an easygoing, friendly, and extremely professional team. Job Assignments:
• Promote internal candidates in job openings, promote talent development activities within the organizations, but also coaching the organization where it's required
• Work with hiring managers to understand the requisites and decide on the right sourcing process
• Manage recruitment campaigns
• Manage the hiring process from start to finish, with relevant stakeholders and advise business on resolutions to talent tasks
• Examinate screening interviews and support managers with interviews and selection
• Identify local talent resource and require progress and assist in developing a hiring plan, together with business and HR Business Partner
• Recommend new ideas for increasing talent acquisition pursuits and explore trends
• Promote organization in forums, combining job exhibitions, student and professional events, social media etc
• Taking accountability for your personal actions, but also considerate your colleagues and the company
Requirements:
• Bachelor or master's degree in human resources or similar area
• Familiar with professional sites, resume databases and social networks
• Understanding the candidate market, knowledge of supply of certain competencies
• Experience in talent sourcing and recruitment
