Nasdaq is looking for a Talent Management Specialist, based in Stockholm. This position will be responsible for implementing global performance and talent management programs and initiatives designed to increase organizational effectiveness for Nasdaq.

The role

You would act as the Talent Management Specialist within the EMEA Region and will be accountable for coordinating activities and programs together with the local HR Business partners, managers, leaders, and employees. This position will support our performance and talent management programming including: assisting with talent reviews, succession planning, and assessment initiatives; supporting performance management and objective setting processes, organizational surveys, competency modeling, and career development initiatives; and maintaining a consistent representation of Talent, Performance Management and Learning Development on behalf of Global Talent Management (GTM). The role reports into Global Talent Management and directly reports to the AVP of Global Talent Management.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinates and implements learning and development solutions and activities for the assigned business areas and local offices.
Facilitates and coordinates the performance management cycle (goal setting and planning, education and training, feedback, assessment planning, performance improvement plans, and year-end cycles) for local offices.
Participating in the company's global talent review process to identify key talent (e.g., high potentials).
Ensures partnership and collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Engagement in all aspects of talent program delivery.

6-8 years of Talent Management and Learning & Development Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree required, with an emphasis on Business, Psychology, Communications, Human Resources Management or other related field
Direct experience communicating and coordinating talent and performance management programs
Some strategic involvement and experience in managing global projects

Strong client relationship management skills
Project management skills and tactical implementation skills a plus
Ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders at different levels in the organization
Excellent language skills in written and spoken English
Ability to travel

This is a permanent full time position located in Stockholm.
