hela Sverige In order to make sure that we continue to provide our growing fleet of Riders with the best support possible, we are now looking to further strengthen our HR Support team with a part-time (50%) HR Support Agent. Fun, right?! You will become part of our fast-growing Logistics team that takes care of our Rider fleet, brings applicants through the recruitment process and makes sure that we efficiently deliver food and other products to our customers. Together with your team you will provide the best HR support for our Riders. So... are you interested in being part of this amazing team? WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
• Give a full employee life cycle support to our Riders. Support and answer any question about their work, schedule, contract, apps, equipment etc.
• Guide our applicants through the recruitment process and provide them with information about their future job.
• Work together with the rest of the HR team to come up with suggestions on how we can improve and provide our Riders with the best support.
• Provide the team with different data and information using excel and our internal systems

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• You are studying Human resources or similiar
• You want to develop your skills within HR
• It is considered a plus if you have some experience from a similar position within HR support or other supportive role
• Good technical and Excel skills
• Great communication skills in English and Swedish
Start date: October
