This position can be located at any Scania office in Europe. The manager is located in Sweden.
Our team
The team of approx. 12 engaged colleagues is a mix of both administrators and specialist where we all share the passion for HR, customer support, continuous improvement and a champion global HR practice. The manager of this team is usually described as being transparent, positive and engaged. The expectations are clear and at the same time highlighting the importance of sharing knowledge and workload amongst the team and of course having fun. The leadership is characterized by a coaching approach and to inspire the team to take own responsibility. It is also important to develop both the individuals and together as a team.
Your tasks
This role is responsible for coordinating People & Culture's global platform of information (Knowledge Base) in ServiceNow where all employees, managers as well People & Culture community will find articles and answers on their questions and 'how to' guidelines for HR Processes. Thus, this role will managing coordinating day-to-day knowledge management activities with stakeholders in terms of structure, creation and maintenance of articles, templates and layout. You will produce content yourself when needed as well review other's content with a sharp eye for details. By monitoring and analysing key metrics and having closed loop feedback on the knowledge articles you will ensure the effectiveness of the Knowledge Base. By that continuously improve articles to make work life easier for customers.
This role will be the expert in supporting content creators as well as support in "how to" questions, training of new editors and general communication. You will also contribute to the team's overall mission to support the first line in People & Culture's global processes.
In addition to work close with the team colleagues you will also work close to the Knowledge Base Manager and the Product Owner to keep up-to-date on the upcoming releases and develop new functionalities in ServiceNow. But also to support the global strategy for the platform.
Your profile
Your background is withing the field of HR or Communication. You have very good and proven communication skills and no obstacles to express yourself both written and spoken in English. Experience of structuring, review and produce content/templates or similar in required.
You work well with other people and have high pedagogical competence. You have a will and ability to help, support and explain to others. Experience from ServiceNow or similar IT platform is a plus.
You will succeed in this role by taking own initiatives, responsibility and by nature innovative and curious of functionalities in the system.
