About the position
As the HR Governance Specialist you will ensure that we have an efficient SF HR governance and portfolio, based on the People and HR strategies of Vattenfall. The Governance Specialist maintains the SF HR governance model and proposes changes to be decided by the HR Leadership Team. You will furthermore facilitate the strategy process and maintain the initiatives portfolio of HR as well as planning and organising the HR process decision board.
Your profile
• Experience from implementing and maintaining efficient governance and portfolio management in complex organisations
• Experience from working in large international organisations
• Fluent English language, spoken and written
