HR strives to continuously drive standardizations and improvements to provide better and more efficient services to clients. Within HR Service Centre, all HR processes are encompassed in a portfolio, offering clearly defined HR services to all Tetra Pak companies in Sweden.
As HR Specialist Rehabilitation you will work with qualified rehabilitation tasks. You will act as an expert adviser and support to line managers within the rehabilitation field. You will be a part of the second line support in the HR Service Centre. In the position you will work close to Oasen (occupational health services) to attend rehabilitation meetings and perform follow up on the development of potential and ongoing rehabilitation cases.
Your main tasks will be to:
• Support and advice line managers when dealing with rehabilitation cases i.e. be considered as company expert in rehabilitation related matters
• Be responsible for the rehabilitation processes and process documentation from an HR perspective
• Monitor rehabilitation related issues
• Manage the contact with the The Swedish Social Insurance - Agency in rehabilitation cases
• Be responsible for Resource Link (cooperative agreement concerning organisational changes and redundancy). This includes both coaching of individuals as well as responsibility of staff.
Publiceringsdatum2011-02-22KvalifikationerAs a person you are empathic and have high personal integrity as well as the ability to instil confidence. You have excellent interpersonal abilities and communication skills. Finally you have a structured way of working and possess a high level of informal authority.
You hold a university degree within Personnel Administration or similar and/or min 5 years of relevant working experience. You have acquired expert knowledge within rehabilitation (laws, regulations etc.) and are also experienced in handling work related injuries, drug abuse and rehabilitation.
