The Position
The HR Specialist IT systems will uphold the overall accountability and responsibility for our HR IT system, SuccessFactor. You will act as our expert when it comes to optimize the system to help us improve processes linked to the HR field. You will drive the development of SuccessFactor, make sure that managers and employers have updated information about the system, direct guidelines and train people how to best use the system.
Your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Ensure that the HR processes are supported by an optimized solution by keeping SuccessFactors product intention.
• Support Global HR managers in decision making by giving input based on data analysis.
• Keep track on digital HR trends - evaluate and share insights and recommendations on digital HR roadmap and improvements for digitalization of the HR process
• Act as a super user responsible for training and support of end users
• Monitor and coordinate the training/ communication/ education needs for managers and employees
• Collaborate with Global IT and other stakeholders in driving the implementation of projects, continuous improvements and new releases
• Be responsible for data analysis and reports creation, Success Factors Reporting (Ad Hoc Reporting, Advanced Reporting, Scheduled Reporting, Detailed Reporting, Dashboards)
• Produce reports on monthly basis or ad hoc for presentation in Management forums
• Support Global Process owners in making SF configuration decisions
The ideal candidate will have the following background and experience:
• University bachelor or equivalent within HR and/or IT or similar
• Experience for SAP SuccessFactors or other relevant HR IT system
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English are required
• Strong communication/presentation skills
• A few years' experience of working within the area of HR IT
• Ability to work with details
• Experience from Global organizations
To be a successful HR Specialist IT systems you are likely to be a self-motivated, autonomous, team player who easily collaborate and communicate with others. High on structure, ability to see details and an analytic mindset. You like to solve problems and see patterns from statistic information.
