Business Unit Nuclear (BU N) is a part of Business Division Production and responsible for all Nuclear Business within Vattenfall. BU N operates four nuclear power plants situated in Sweden and Germany; Ringhals, Forsmark, Krümmel and Brunsbüttel. Also included in the BU are companies SKB, KSU, Vf Fuel, Barsebäck Kraft AB, SVAFO and SQC. The BU had a production of 41.5 TWh during 2009 and has approximately 4000 employees.
Job description
You will be a part of the Human Resource unit, consisting of three employees, managing the areas;
• Culture and Organisation
• Talent Management
• Competence Management and Employer Branding
• Health and Safety
• Compensation and Benefits
• HR Business Partner for NP Staff functions
• Coordination and reporting from our companies/subsideries - BD Production
You will be a part of a team who leads nuclear production to become Word Class.
Qualifications
You have an academic degree and a couple of years experience from qualified work in the HR-area. Your experience comes from working as a previous HR-business partner, specialist or as a consultant. We welcome experience and interest in HR-controlling and reporting. As you will be operating in an international environment, you must have a very good command in spoken and written English, German would be beneficial.
Personal Requirements
We are looking for an individual with an ability to realize the contribution of HR to the strategic business targets. You have good communication skills - listening skills combined with courage and integrity. Personal qualities such as business and performance orientation, willingness to learn about new areas, strategic focus, good co-operation skills and an open mind, are extra important.
