Our HR team consists of 25 highly skilled professionals, working together in a dynamic and diverse environment. As Senior HR Specialist Compensation & Benefits you will be the center of expertise for many C&B related topics and act as champion for driving and developing an adaptive and progressive Compensation & Benefits strategy.
A dynamic role where you will be involved on both a strategic and an operational level, both driving innovation and development of C&B processes, incentives and policies as well as being responsible for delivering operational support and analytics within your field. Based in Lindholmen, Gothenburg, you will be working closely with HR colleagues, Line Managers and CEVT Management to set new market standards for how to use C&B as a tool to create a great and globally attractive organization.

Main focus in your role
* Act as expert and champion for C&B.
* Driving and developing C&B processes and policies, such as incentives plans, salary review and bonus schemes.
* HR Analytics and administration.
Qualifications and key attributes
* Knowledge of labor laws, comfortable in interpreting Swedish collective agreements and familiar with Swedish pension schemes and insurances.
* Great analytical and people skills, with the ability to providing insightful and constructive advice
* Thrives in a dynamic and multi-cultural organization.
