As a HR Compensation & Benefit Specialist within the HR Service Centre Sweden you will be responsible, together with your colleagues, for successful reward service delivery to our business.
In this role, you will be able to make the most of your knowledge and professional skills. We offer a collaborative environment where your key stakeholders are senior management and line managers in Sweden and abroad. You will operate locally in a global environment when driving and implementing global initiatives locally.
You will work in a highly professional and service minded team being the expert advisor and providing guidance to the clients and your colleagues within the HR Service Centre Sweden.
Main responsibilities
• Drive local implementation of Global projects and initiatives
• Drive compensation analysis and benchmarking activities
• Drive the annual salary review and variable pay process
• Salary setting together with line managers
• Develop and maintain policy and procedure within the reward area
• Drive continuous improvements within the reward area
• Support in Managing Local Benefits portfolio
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you need to be a person with passion for figures, people and service. You collaborate well with others and find it easy to understand the business. You have relevant work experience understanding local industry and market best practices within the reward area.
With your knowledge in compensation & benefits and good communication skills you demonstrate how global reward strategy will add value to the business long and short term. You are structured, analytical and possess a problem-solving mindset with the best solution for all parts in mind.
You have a University degree within Business Administration or Human Resources and solid knowledge in Excel. Very good command of English, both written and verbal is required.
