Is HR data, administration, and people your home turf? Great! We are looking for a HR Specialist who wants to become part of our welcoming and skilled HR team in COWI Sweden.
As our new HR-Specialist
You will be the spider in the HR web - and we know it sounds cliché but it's true. You are the go-to person for HR master data, practices, and processes. Embracing digitalization and contributing to process improvements, while providing high level administrative support to both employees and leaders are all, in no particular order, your favorite activities in a typical work week. When you're sometimes asked how you succeed so well in this, you don't always know what to answer - it's just part of who you are. In this role you will have a focus on ensuring your colleagues feel valued, supported, and included.

You might be wondering if you'll do all this alone? No, we help each other. You'll be surrounded by likeminded colleagues in the local Swedish HR team as well as the local Talent Acquisition team.
The role
You will report to the Head of HR Sweden and be a part of the Swedish HR and Talent Acquisition team consisting of 13 dedicated HR professionals.
The role is located at the COWI Swedish head office in the newly built Platinan office, with just a couple of minutes' walk from the Gothenburg Central Station.
What You Will Do
Deliver high quality HR services throughout the employee lifecycle
Support managers and employees in HR related questions
Drive and develop effective HR practices and processes
In close collaboration with our payroll team manage HR master data
Provide regular internal and external employee-related reports
Utilize tools like Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams
Who You Are
You have a background in HR service or other related experience
Minimum 5 years of experience from similar roles in a national or international environment
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
Proficient in MS Excel
Knowledge in Swedish labor law and social security issues
Experience with Success Factors HR system is a merit
