At ASSA ABLOY we are in the start of a change journey and we are determined to deliver on our HR strategy in 2025. To do so we are looking for a rising star to join our team in Landskrona!
What you will do as an HR Specialist?
As our HR Specialist, you will have the amazing opportunity of working both locally as well as globally, supporting 200+ HR professionals across the world and within different areas of HR.
This role will be divided in two parts, 50/50, which will give you the opportunity to discover more areas of our organization. Together with your future Manager, the Global HRIS Manager, we will agree on a fixed schedule to make it easier for you.
The Skills And Experience You Need
We see you as someone who is at the beginning of his/hers HR career, a system savvy that takes pride in being thorough, structured and efficient performing administrative tasks.
Alternatively, someone who has worked with developing activities in relation to HR Information Systems, and has the experience of putting clear, reliable HR administration procedures in place and wants to continue in this field but with another company or industry.
One part of the role is to be an HR Information System (SAP SuccessFactors) super user. You will be working with HR colleagues globally in our local markets with presence in 30+ countries resolving and troubleshooting systems and process related matters. You will play a vital role within our central divisional and will support our ongoing and continuous implementation
In the other part of the role you will provide day-to-day HR support, operational as well as administrative, to employees and managers based at Landskrona. There you will work to ensure that best practices, organizational policies, routines and procedures are applied
You have an HR university degree or experience in working with HR Administration successfully for a few years within a global industry and high-performing environment
As our HR Specialist & HRIS system super user you need to have a special interest in HR Technology and a demonstrated administrative skillset. You pay attention to detail and work with the customer in focus by being a good listener and focusing on understanding the customer's needs.
You are a steady, perseverant and structured force of power. You work your way through a sometimes chaotic and demanding surrounding, always keeping an eye on your goal.

You are comfortable with training and guiding others and curious about interacting with employees and managers at all levels, and you know and understand the importance of ensuring accurate HR data at all times, in addition to reaching process alignment and efficiency in HR administration.
As we are a global organization, high proficiency in English is required, Swedish would be much appreciated.
