We are looking for a HR Specialist with a focus on recruitment and employer branding to our HR department in Sweden. Westermo is growing and in order to meet the increased needs and to develop our organization with the right employees and the right skills, we are looking for you who want to acquire talents and take our recruitment strategy to the next level.
What are you going to work with?
In the role as a HR Specialist, your function will consist of both operational and strategic recruitments in cooperation with our managers. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from the needs analysis until the new employee is starting the employment.
To attract and retain our employees, employer branding is an important area to further develop. It will be a key part of your work and your contribution will be significant.
Westermo has offices outside of Eskilstuna and in Västerås. Your workplace will be mainly at our office in Västerås where you will be the HR department representative. This means that you will be managers' support in other business-related HR issues, such as labor law, skills development and occupational safety issues. You will report to VP HR.
Who are you?
To succeed in the role as a HR Specialist, we see that you are trustworthy and responsive with a professional appearance. You are not afraid to challenge and are a confident decision maker. You have a curiosity in HR trends, have a great interest in working with recruitments and are motivated by the ability to improve and develop.
You also have:
• University education in HR or behavioral science
• Good human knowledge
• Fluent Swedish and English in speaking and writing
• Good computer skills and master both Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest and experience of advertising and recruitments in social media
• At least 5 years' experience in similar tasks
