The Industrial Process Flow Division (IPS), with companies as Emmeci, FlexLink, Hapa and SACMO, is growing and we need more talents to make our business strategies happen.
Your main task will be to attract and encourage talented candidates to apply for jobs within the Coesia IPS Division.
Main activities and responsibilities
As our recruitment specialist you will provide professional recruitment services to attract the best talents to the Coesia IPS Division. You will increase the effectiveness in our recruitment processes by applying innovative recruiting techniques and sources for all types of job applicants.
You will be involved in the recruitment process through attracting, screening, selecting and the onboarding of qualified and suitable candidates to fill open positions. These responsibilities will require close cooperation with recruitment managers and HR Business Partners. Networking with internal as well as external peers and experts is frequent.
We use modern HR systems and tools such as SAP HR, ARIS, Talent Rewards and Talent Link, and you will be our super user of these.
Your daily work will be carried out at our office in Göteborg, Sweden. Collaboration with colleagues in IPS Division and Coesia in Bologna will be extensive and there will be a lot of international cooperation.

Our company language is English, so you need to be proficient in writing and speaking. You are also fluent in Swedish and good know-how in German is advantage.
Education and experience
You have a Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Human Resources Management, behavioral science, psychology or similar experience. In addition you are having a few years? experience in a position fusing on recruitment.
