ÅF HR are looking for an HR Specialist to our Group Talent Management team. In this role you will work with developing and implementing processes and policies related to retaining, developing and engaging our employees. You will head Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Career Development and Diversity & Inclusion. You will lead different projects and drive development to secure ÅF 's continued growth and long-term ability to develop and engage our employees.
In this role your tasks will, amongst more, consist of:
Process ownership for Learning & Development, including heading the internal ÅF academy and secure relevant and qualitative training for our employees.
Develop the leadership development catalogue.
Project lead/Manage employee surveys, including driving development and improvements in the area.
Responsible for the in-house developed tool for performance & development dialogues, including continuous improvements of the tool and the related process.
Manage and support different Talent Management and HR development projects.
Who are you?
Since this is a broad, challenging and important role with a lot of responsibilities - we think you have the following profile:
At least 5 years of relevant experience within Talent Management.
Background as a HR Consultant or Management Consultant is meriting.
Proficient in MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Bachelor or Master degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Swedish and English.
You are able to create high impact, clear and forward-looking communications.
