Can this be the opportunity you have been waiting for? WHAT WILL YOU DO? As a Recruitment Specialist you have an important role as a professional recruitment partner guiding our managers through our process, providing support as a strategic sounding board and giving recruitment advice as well as administrative support. You will also help us shape and drive the area of recruitment.
The role includes:
Recruitment support to managers, insuring quality and top of the line support throughout the recruitment process
Work with processes, channels and tools
Writing and publishing of ads
Interviews, preparation and participation
Contact with suppliers and vendors
Contacts with candidates
Attend trade fairs and career days
Various ongoing projects
The position is permanent.

To succeed in the role it is important that you are self-confident and balanced with high integrity and hold the ability to drive your own professional opinion in a constructive way. Further more we think you are organized and structured and that you are open -, service- and business minded. You are engaged and passionate and motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. We also think that you enjoy building credible and trusted relationships.
In addition to above we believe you have:
University studies in Human Resources Management or similar
At least five years of experience from recruitment and experience of managing the entire recruitment process from a-z
Fluent in English and Swedish written and verbal
