We are in the process of building Epiroc Global Shared Service HR - would you like to be part of the establishment of a Global Organization?

We are looking for an HR Service Support resource. In Shared Service HR, there will be two main roles - Tier 2 and Tier 3. Tier 2 represents the Service Desk HR whose main responsibility is to support employees, managers and HR with system and process support. The Tier 3 role is the Process and System Experts.

We use Successfactor and SumTotal as global HR systems to support our global HR processes: HR Master Data and Reporting, Performance management, Recruitment and Competence Development.

As HR Service Support, you will, together with your colleagues in India, Czech Republic, Germany, US and Sweden, be responsible to support employees, managers and HR with global processes and systems. You will use a global ticketing tool to manage the questions in an efficient way.

The Process and System Experts and HR Service Support will work close to assure the master data quality and make analysis of common questions. The analysis gives you a valuable information to improve documentation and held trainings sessions with local HR.

You will report to Global Manager Shared Service HR. The position is located in Örebro, Sweden.

• Good knowledge of HR processes gained by education or equivalent work experience
• Interest in and experience from global HR systems are advantageous. We use Successfactor and SumTotal.
• Excellent communication, in English and Swedish, and cooperation skills

Atlas Copco's Board of Directors announced in January 2017 that it would initiate work in order to propose to the Annual General Meeting in 2018, to decide on a split of Atlas Copco into two parts. Atlas Copco will focus on industry and Epiroc will focus on mining, infrastructure and natural resources industries.

The current Mining and Rock Excavation business area - core of the future Epiroc - provides equipment for drilling and rock excavation, a complete range of related consumables and service through a global network. The business area innovates for sustainable productivity in surface and underground mining, infrastructure, civil works, well drilling and geotechnical applications. Principal product development and manufacturing units are located in Sweden, the United States, Canada, China and India.
