As HR Services Coordinator you will be part of the HR Services team which focuses on our HRIS (SelectHR), as well as processes and policies with a global perspective. You will work closely with the HR Services Lead, the HR Systems Analyst and our local HR Representatives in Australia, Gibraltar, Malta, London and Stockholm. You will be responsible for a number of regular tasks such as driving data clean activities, creating and updating system user guides and you will also support us in coordinating system changes and implementing processes with the local HR teams.
What will you be doing?
You will be an important link between the HR Services team and the local HR Representatives to help execute different initiatives. You will be working closely with them to help coordinate global HR processes and projects such as salary reviews, performance reviews, import activities, user acceptance testing for system improvements, etc.
A big part of the role is supporting us in the delivery of projects and initiatives to HR internal and external stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for a number of activities such as regular data cleaning, creating and updating system user guides, processing bonus plans in the HRIS, circulating regular change reports to stakeholders and ensuring processes are followed in all locations.
You will become a HRIS super user and the go to person for data entry questions from the HR Representatives.
You will work with the HR Business Partners to help with the upkeep of the data on the HRIS.
In addition to the above you will support the HR team in various projects and initiatives as needed.

What have you done?
You have been working in a HR Admin role or a Shared Service function and have a solid understanding of HR operational tasks and processes.
You have been working with a HRIS in your daily work, have a keen interest in systems and are quick to learn new ones. Ideally your experience with HRIS extends beyond being a system user and you have been working as a system super user or been involved in system improvements.
You have been able to develop excellent organization and prioritization skills in previous roles and have proven your great attention to detail.
While you are taking a structured approach to your work tasks, you have an agile mindset and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
You are used to working in English and are able to build great relationships no matter if your colleagues share an office with you or if they are based on the other side of the world.
You enjoy being a support champion and give others the guidance and support they need to do a great job.
You feel comfortable working with the MS Office package, especially Excel.
You are able to travel to our other European Kindred offices from time to time.
