The HR Service Center (HRSC) is responsible for ensuring that Volvo Car Group's employees feel well informed and comfortable with using our HR services. We work in close collaboration with the other parts of the HR organisation and continuously present initiatives for how to improve and develop our gathered processes and service solutions. Our group is small, very collaborative, flexible and service minded. We are now looking for 1 temporary HR Service Center Advisor. With this position you will join a group of highly motivated and service minded professionals with a strong team spirit and passion for first class customer service. The team is responsible for giving Volvo Car Group employees and managers support and guidance in HR specific questions. We also manage and update the HR portal - a self-service tool providing direct access to HR information. The position as HR Service Center Advisor exposes you to a fast paced work environment where the daily activities varies widely. The learning curve is steep and since working at heart of our HR operations, you will also have big impact on how other parts of the organisations perceive and use our HR services. Since the job puts you in contact with a variety of people and departments at Volvo Car Group it also enables you to build a broad professional network and obtain a holistic, global view of the organisation. The position will also challenge you with a number of development opportunities and HR areas to specialise in.
Main responsibilities
• Guide, support and ensure support and guidance to managers and employees with a high level of service
• Continuously the HRSC's common tools, routines and work methods
• Collect and forward feedback and suggestions for improvements to other parts of the HR organisation
• Manage, develop and improve the content of our HR Portal
Required qualifications
• University Degree within HR or equivalent experience
• Experience from working with HR processes and policies
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Work experience within customer service and support is meritorious
• Good skills in MS Office with special emphasis on Sharepoint, Excel and PowerPoint is an advantage

• Ability to read and understand agreements, regulations and guidelines
