What will you do?
As HR Relations Specialist - you are the central competence holder for labor code and labor relation questions, health and safety, and work environment. This position is, from a central perspective, expected to drive and maintain a fruitful relationship with our unions and safety representatives, enabling us to develop and drive our business according to our ambitions, our collective agreement and Swedish labor code. This is done in close collaboration with the rest of the organization. Well-being is an important factor of Axis success, due to our rapid growing phase this position will focus on Health and Safety, Labor law, and well-being activities.

We are now looking forward to adding this new role as HR Relations Specialist to the team. We are a HR team working closely together with each other and the business and we are proud of our joyful, cooperative working environment. We believe that you have the courage and ability to challenge decision makers, adding value to their decision process. You are service-minded and reliable and the work that you do is well-organized.
To succeed in this role, you need to have at least 5 years general HR experience from working in HR department and a minimum of 2 years' experience from working with Swedish labor code, collective agreement and Health and safety work. You have experience from working independently in projects, as well as collaborating with external stakeholders (unions, workers committees, Occupational health care provider, etc.).
In addition, you have:
* University degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
* Very good skills in MS Office
* Very good English skills, both written and verbal
* Knowledge and previous experience working with Teknikavtalet or related and Work environment.
