Do you want to provide general support in Human Resource related topics/areas and by this contribute to create efficient HR processes and tools supporting the business to meet business objectives?
For recruitment we are looking for a HR Project Leader to Skanska Residential Development Nordic (RDN). You will be part of a small team and therefore have close to decisions and if you are engaged and interested you can easily get to take on new responsibilities.
The position is full-time and based in Solna, Stockholm. We are looking forward to receiving your application.

• Support the EVP HR & Comms and the HR organization within different HR related areas
• coordinate different global training initiatives for RDN (i.e Unlimited Skanska Stretch)
• act as super-user for HR applications within Skanska RDN and also responsible for training of employees and managers in these systems
• compile HR related reports and statistical material
• participate in or lead HR related projects and processes
• be involved/responsible for communicating HR initiatives/processes
Planning & Complexity:
• Plan and coordinate own work
• lead projects which span over multiple locations
• contribute to the HR strategy and process work.
People Management:
• Closely cooperate with other functions within Skanska and Skanska RDN
• lead project team
• train HR and/or organization in new HR processes and tools to ensure correct application.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Education, skills and experience:
• academic education in HR
• 1-3 year's experience within human resources
• good communication skills, fluent in English, spoken and written

Furthermore, we see that you are operational with a strategic height and easy to learn. You have good communications skills with which you can easily create a good level of conversation with managers and specialists in the organization.
