We are offering a project coordinator position within Human Resources. ABB is going through a global transformation project, implementing one global Workday system.
Reporting to the HR Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering support to the HR Project Fusion in project execution. Your tasks will also include other HR related responsibilities from the Global Business Services HR Operations.
You will be able to work remotely, although some meetings will require presence at the office in Västerås.
Note that this is a temporary position until year-end with possibility to extend.
Your responsibilities
Delivering project support to the project team.
Processing project related tasks which can be related to service lines (Employee Life Cycle, Compensation & Performance, Payroll, People Analytics and HRIS).
Providing a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders, while ensuring that quality controls are maintained.
Identifying opportunities for improvement, based on feedback and experience.
Preparing accurate project reports and documents.
Coordinating communication to different stakeholders, creating communication materials and participating in change management related tasks.
Ensuring a high level of data quality and accuracy.
Your responsibility areas can be adjusted based on project needs and your skills.
Your background
M.Sc. studies in HR
Previous experience in HR is appreciated
We prefer knowledge of SAP HR, Workday and MS Office
Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
A proactive way of working in the project team with a "can-do" attitude
Previous experience of participating in projects is a merit
