Description

Would you like to actively contribute to the establishment of a common HR Service delivery within People Development and Learning for Europe and Central Asia?

HR strives to continuously drive standardisation and improvement to provide better and more efficient services to our clients. Therefore our new HR Process Manager will be responsible for our service within People Development and Learning across our three HR Services Centres in the geography.

The location for you will be Lund, reporting to the HR Service Centre Director. You will be part of the HR Service Centre management teams in Lund, Budaörs and Moscow. In this role you will be able to make the most of your knowledge and leadership skills when leading teams across the three HR Service Centres and managing senior stakeholders within HR and in the business.

You will be working in close collaboration with our Global Process Drivers for Develop & Manage People and Learning Management and be part of their global networks. And, we have an exciting global agenda in front of us.

Main responsibilities

• Enable overall successful service delivery for the HR Service Center to the clients.
• Secure high level of quality and efficient service delivery for Develop & Manage People and Learning Management.
• Contribute to global agenda and secure successful local implementation.
• Deliver trainings from global portfolio in the geography and secure local learning activities are delivered aligned with local business needs.
• Drive and contribute to continue improvements.
• Lead and develop the team and ensure their collaboration with other teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position you need to be a person that likes to take on new challenges. You possess good business understanding, have strong collaboration ability and navigate easily among stakeholders. It is natural for you to lead and develop people and you have a proven track record to do this successfully, preferable across geographies. You have obtained at least 5 years of experience within the area of People Development and Learning and have acquired a broad knowledge of industry and market best practice.

You have experience from developing strategies and secure successful implementation and you communicate and collaborate well with clients and stakeholders. You have a University degree within business administration or human resources. Very good command of English, both written and verbal is required. Are you up for the challenge?
