hela Sverige We are looking for a structured and solution-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our Swedish HR-team! By joining Fenix Outdoor you are working towards our mission of enabling all people to spend unforgettable and inspiring moments in nature.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be part of a team of two, responsible for accurate payroll processing every month for our Swedish employees. Bringing your payroll expertise, you will be the go-to person for employees on all payroll-related questions and concerns. You continuously seek improvement in existing processes and want to ensure the team is supporting the business in an effective and efficient manner.
This position is a full-time, permanent opportunity that will be based from our Solna office in Stockholm, SE. The role will report through to our Director HR Services & Payroll.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for accurately processing monthly payroll within the payroll lifecycle.
Promptly and effectively addressing payroll queries from employees, authorities, and managers.
Ensuring accurate recording of data for new and existing employees, including benefits and insurances.
Managing travel expenses.
Representing the payroll department within the organization, fostering relationships and promoting efficient working practices.
Supporting the ongoing adaptation and optimization of payroll processes and workflows.

Good communication skills both in Swedish and English.
Requirements - Experience:
Experience from working as a payroll specialist in Sweden.
Education within payroll.
Experience from a commonly used Swedish payroll system, previous experience with Hogia would be highly advantageous.
Knowledge of Swedish payroll best practices and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements.
Experience from working with Quinyx is a plus.
Strong knowledge of MS Office.
